At Somnath Air Conditioner, we aim to deliver high-quality AC, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, and Microwave services to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Service Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • If the service was not provided after confirmed booking and payment.
  • If our technician was unable to resolve the issue and no part replacement was done.
  • If payment was made in duplicate or error, we will issue a full refund after verification.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for services that were successfully completed or for complaints raised after 48 hours of service delivery.

2. Spare Parts Return & Replacement

If any spare part provided by us is found to be:

  • Defective or non-functional, and
  • Reported within 7 days of installation,

we will replace it at no extra cost or refund the part value (after technical inspection).

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via phone or email within 48 hours of service.
  2. Provide proof of payment and explain the issue clearly.
  3. Our team will investigate and respond within 3–5 working days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a service appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.
  • Cancellations after this period may incur a nominal visit fee if the technician has already been dispatched.
